Main parts:

Heating furnace

The heating furnace heats the mold through the inflame and hot air circulation system and is composed of one conveyer table, two heating ovens and one holding oven.

Gel oven

Gel oven is behind the slush table. When the PVC powder is stuck to the mold, the oven heats the mold and keeps warm to make the skin to gel again.

Switch system of slush table and powder box

When the slush table clamps the mold and powder box and rotates them through electrical machine, the PVC powder sticks on the high-temperature mold and forms skin.

Travelling crane

The travelling crane completes the mold transform among the mold heating-, slush- and gel-station. It adopts walking mode of linear guideway and servo motor to make sure the smoothness and accuracy.

Cooling station

The cooling station is at the back of oven. Because the mold out from the oven is in high temperature, the mold needs air cooling treatment. Air cooling station is composed of air cooling chamber. The air into the chamber is extracted from the outside of the workshop, to avoid the effect to environment temperature.

Transmission line

Transmission line takes the finished products out from the demold station and sends back the mold to heating station. It accomplishes the link of the whole working process.
