Loading station
The epidermis will be manual put on the fixed station of loading station through artificial mode. Then the robot takes the epidermis to the next station. The epidermis in different sizes can be put on the loading station. And the adjustable link stopper can ensure the central position of the epidermis in different sizes.
Heating station
Heating station is composed of two heating panels. In the heating process drops the lower heating panel with softening and droop of the epidermis through the correlation switch, to avoid the epidermis contacting the lower heating panel.
Forming station
The forming station is composed of upper and lower table, which can make the lower mold to rise and decline. The lower table has swiveling table.In the process of mold clamping, mold clamping melt connects the upper and lower tables. It can provide 42 tons of clamping force through 6 pattern air cylinders. After mold clamping, the upper and lower molds are vacuumized, then form epidermis with pattern, at last the epidermis and skeleton are struck.
Clamping frame
10 groups of chucks of the X- and Y-axis of the press frame are respectively assembled on the 4 beams. The beam can adjust the place depending on the different sizes of epidermis under the transmission of the electrical machine and lead screw automatically. The requirements of the size are from the automatic recognition of the mold number of different products.
Center turntable
Center turntable is composed of rack, flat support and intermittent slicer. It adopts imported intermittent slicer of high precision, rotation tolerance ≤12″.
